COMPANY HISTORY
ERA Besmatch Real Estate was founded in 1987 by Hafeez Baksh under the Century 21 Branding. 1989 brought the organization it's first Centurion Award for excellence in production
In 1990, a second office was opened at 1990 Westchester Avenue and once again was awarded the Prestigious Centurion Award. In 1991, Besmatch Real Estate was ranked #11 out of 516 offices in the Northeast Region of the Century 21 System
In October 1992, they acquired the ERA system and all the amenities that come with it. Right away, Besmatch Real Estate ranked as the 25th Company out of 3200 affiliates in the ERA System WORLDWIDE.
In 1998 both offices had a total of over 500 Sales, which when broken down represents over 76 Million in Real Estate Sales.
At present ERA Besmatch Real Estate is ranked in the Top 50 companies worldwide and is the #1 ERA Office in Metro New York. Featuring a multitude of awards & experience, the ownership has developed agents who reflect the professionalism that BESMATCH is known for.
